Acceptance of the Terms of Sale
By placing an order using the various methods provided below, the customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and conditions, as well as the payment and shipping terms set forth below. Acceptance, even partial, of the order constitutes a contract between the seller TOP GAME sas (with registered office in ...) and the customer.
Purchase Procedure
Only products listed in the website's online catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets, can be purchased using an electronic shopping cart. The product images displayed on each product sheet are indicative. To purchase, simply add the desired products to the cart (by clicking the "Purchase" button) and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your order is complete, you will automatically receive an order summary email with all the details of your purchase and the associated delivery time.
Prices
All prices listed on the site include VAT. Shipping costs are not included (unless otherwise specified). Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process and may vary depending on the type of product purchased. Price changes may occur without notice, but in any case, orders will be processed at the price indicated at the time of purchase.

This payment method allows you to pay the total amount of your order directly upon delivery. Payment can be made in cash. We recommend having the exact amount ready, as the courier usually does not have change. This payment method incurs a small €5 surcharge, which is indicated in the cart during the checkout process. Please note that, according to current regulations, this payment method allows you to entrust the courier with a maximum of €1,000. If your order amount exceeds this amount, you will be required to pay the excess amount by bank transfer in advance. Payment by Credit Card
To ensure maximum payment security, online transactions for your credit card purchases are processed with Verisign certification, via a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This system encrypts the information you enter, making it impossible for interception. When you pay for your order by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to a secure (SSL) page on the website of the bank handling the transaction. On this page, you can enter your card details (number and expiration date) in a completely secure manner. The data is transmitted directly to the bank, offering you maximum protection. Unlike traditional retail outlets (where your card details are shared with the cardholder, clerk, or waiter), online transactions are completely secure because no one (not even us) can access the credit card codes used by our customers. The code is used only for the payment transaction; if the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate; we only receive a receipt number from the bank. The credit card code is not retained in any of our records. * TOP GAME reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g., landline phone number) or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the requested documentation is not provided, we reserve the right to refuse the order. Payment by advance bank transfer: If you prefer, you can pay for your order by bank transfer to the bank details provided after placing your order (within 24 business hours of placing your order). Please note that the goods will be held until we receive proof of payment (paper receipt or online transfer confirmation). You must send us this via email (these details will be provided during the order process) no later than 3 business days after the order is accepted. The reason for payment must include the reference number, the date of the transfer, and the name/surname of the person placing the order. The Advance Bank Transfer payment method does not incur any additional costs for the order transaction.
Payment by Advance Bank Transfer
If you prefer, you can pay for your order by bank transfer to the bank details provided after placing the order (within 24 business hours of placing the order). Please note that the goods will be held until proof of payment is received (paper receipt or online transfer confirmation). This must be sent to us via email (these details will be provided during the order process) no later than 3 business days after the order is accepted. The reason for payment must include the reference number, the date of payment, and the name/surname of the person placing the order. The Advance Bank Transfer payment method does not incur any additional costs for the order.
Shipping Methods and Shipping Costs
All shipments are made via express courier. Once the ordered products have been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing them to track and trace their shipment in real time. This information will be sent directly by the GLS courier to guarantee 100% service to the customer.
The goods are packaged and delivered to the courier within the timeframe and conditions indicated above or specified on each product page. Delivery times are indicated in your user dashboard within each order. The number of days required for delivery is strictly limited to business days. When the order is handed over to the courier, delivery times vary from 1 to 2 business days (excluding islands and remote areas). The above delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, etc.). If cash on delivery is chosen, the courier will collect the amount due before delivering the package. If the courier is absent, they may leave a note or attempt delivery again, after which the goods will be held at the relevant location for a few more days. There are generally no additional charges for collection at their location.
We advise customers to check that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the shipping document upon delivery and that the packaging is intact and free of damage or obvious alterations. In the event of any discrepancies, damage, or obvious alterations, immediately notify the delivery person of these circumstances, writing "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS - damaged package" on the delivery note. Only in this way will it be possible to charge the courier for any damage resulting from transportation after delivery; otherwise, the package will be considered delivered correctly.
Purchase Documents
Each order will be accompanied by an invoice that can be used as proof of the warranty. This documentation, in addition to being included with every package shipped, can be requested by email. Delivery by regular mail is not possible. If the buyer is a European company, the sale is considered valid only after verification of the validity of the invoice.Liability and VAT number compliance. TOP GAME sas reserves the right to cancel orders and terminate the contract if the European VAT number provided during the purchase does not comply with the European Community terms.
Safety and Responsibility
TOP GAME sas will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the products sold. We recommend carefully reading the manufacturer's warnings and instructions contained in the packaging. The products sold comply with European Community standards and are approved. All products are purchased from our distributors in the European Community and are covered by a 12/24-month Italian or European warranty.
Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer, excluding professionals and companies, in accordance with the applicable laws (Consumer Code and Legislative Decree No. 185/99), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason. If any of the purchased items do not meet the customer's needs or expectations, they can be returned by sending us a notification (containing precise information regarding the purchase) via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, no later than 10 (ten) days after receiving the goods. The registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt must be sent to the following address: TOP GAME sas- ... company headquarters ... and must contain: - the intention to avail of the benefits granted by law; - the name of the product being returned; - the number of the delivery note or invoice (if applicable); - the customer's bank account details. Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the notification in which the customer expresses his or her desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, TOP GAME sas will refund the amount by bank transfer. The refund refers to the full price paid for the product excluding delivery costs. To obtain a refund, the customer must return the goods within 10 (ten) working days of exercising the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: 1. The right applies to the product in its entirety; therefore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of it. 2. The purchased item must be intact and must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts; 3. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the Customer; we therefore recommend using insured shipping with proof of delivery to the recipient. TOP GAME sas is in no way responsible for damage, theft, or loss of returned uninsured goods. 4. The right of withdrawal lapses if the conditions set out in points 1, 2, and 3 are no longer met; furthermore, any goods shipped without complying with the above points will be sent back to the Customer at their expense. Guarantees All products sold by TOP GAME sas on TopGameFishing.com are covered by a 24-month guarantee. The date runs from the date shown on the purchase invoice sent with the products ordered. The warranty applies to products with a defect, provided that the product has been used correctly and in accordance with its intended use and the instructions in the accompanying documentation. TOP GAME sas will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the products sold. The warranty applies to private consumers, excluding professionals and businesses. If the declared defect is not proven to be such, the customer will be charged for the costs incurred for inspection, packaging, and return of the product. In the event of a defect, the seller will restore conformity through repair or replacement. If for any reason the seller is unable to provide the customer with a repaired or replaced product, it may, at its discretion, replace it with a product of equivalent or superior characteristics or refund the amount paid.
Refunds
Regardless of the payment method used, any refunds will be made by bank transfer to the bank account in the name of the person who made the payment.
